Nestled just steps from Jerusalem’s historic New Gate, our hostel puts you in the heart of the Old City’s bustle and beauty. You’ll wake up to views of limestone walls and winding cobblestone lanes, with the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Via Dolorosa, and bustling Old City souks all within a ten-minute stroll. Public buses and light rail stops are right around the corner, making it easy to venture further—to the Garden Tomb, Mount of Olives, or Yad Vashem—then return to our cool, quiet refuge. Whether you’re here for pilgrimage, sightseeing, or simply soaking up Jerusalem’s timeless atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a more central—and welcoming—base.
Our hostel is nestled within the Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center’s peaceful courtyard. You’re just steps from the guesthouse, the Our Lady of Peace Chapel, the Shroud Exhibit, the 360° Lookout, the Pentecost Room, Notre Dame Bistro, and our Notre Dame Rooftop Restaurant—all framed by the Center’s quiet, historic walls.
