New Gate Hostel is located within the historic Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center, a Pontifical Institute ideally situated directly opposite the New Gate of the Old City of Jerusalem. Formerly known as the School Hostel, this space once served the Center’s hospitality school and has since been carefully renewed to welcome modern travelers, pilgrims, and groups.
Rooted in a tradition of welcoming pilgrims since 1888, New Gate Hostel offers simple, comfortable accommodation in a setting defined by history, faith, and hospitality.
